RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at SALENCISSANDALS@salencis.com before the deadline, indicating the purchase details.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Returns of personalized products or items that may deteriorate quickly are not accepted (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

• Once the product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed.

Return Costs:

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
